Densifiers

Densifiers are chemicals used on concrete to increase density and hardness. Densifier comes in three main types:

Sodium densifiers are typically the most cost-effective option and are effective at increasing surface hardness and abrasion resistance. However, they can sometimes leave a hazy or white film on the surface of the concrete.

Potassium densifiers are a more advanced type of densifier and are often used on floors that require high levels of durability and resistance to wear and tear. They are typically more expensive than sodium densifiers but offer better performance in terms of surface hardness, abrasion resistance, and chemical resistance.

Lithium densifiers are the most advanced type of densifier and are known for their ability to penetrate deeply into the concrete surface, resulting in a stronger, more durable surface. They are also more environmentally friendly than sodium or potassium densifiers, as they do not contain volatile organic compounds (VOCs). However, they are also typically the most expensive option.
