Chemforce Enhance+ (5L) :Premium, colour enhancing, impregnating sealer

NOTE: DO NOT mix Enhance+® New Formula with Enhance+®.

The product will NOT prevent surface etching (for e.g. from acidic rain), scuff marks or mechanical wear. Enhance+® New Formula repels water and oil, but not solvents, so solvent based materials, such as marking pen ink can still stain the treated surface, but will penetrate less and be easier to remove. All spills should be cleaned up immediately to minimize absorption, particularly in the first month after application while the product is still curing fully.

HOW TO USE

Preparation:

1. Read product data sheet and Material Safety Data Sheet
2. TEST PRODUCT ON A SAMPLE PIECE OF STONE OR INCONSPICUOUS AREA FIRST. 
3. Allow product to cure for minimum of 3 days to determine the enhancement results and ease of application. 
4. Surface must be clean, dry and free of any residues.
5. Apply when surface temperature is between 5-30°C (40 – 85°F). 
6. DO NOT dilute. 
7. DO NOT mix Enhance+® New Formula with Enhance+®.

Application:

1. Apply product using low pressure hand sprayer, brush or microfibre / wool applicator. Avoid contact with surrounding areas. 
2. Leave to penetrate for at least 15 minutes. 
3. If you have any product residue on the surface, polish it off thoroughly with clean, white absorbent cotton or microfiber towels (or similar) before it dries. If residue has begun to dry, lightly moistening a cloth with a small amount of product to ease removal. 
4. Let it dry for 30mins, then repeat steps 1 & 2. 
5. Very porous materials may require an extra light coat to achieve an even enhancement of colour, applied at least 24 hours after the 2nd coat.
6. Total application rate (for both coats combined) is one litre per 5 to 20 sqm (one gallon per 200 to 800 sq. ft) depending on surface absorption. 
7. Use an organic solvent e.g. alcohol (ethanol), methanol or mineral spirits to clean equipment. 
8. Avoid moisture contact with the surface for minimum 24 hours after application. Avoid spills on the surface.

Shelf life and Storage Guidelines 

• Best within 3 years of manufacture.  
• Keep the container tightly sealed, in a well-ventilated place, at 2 – 30⁰ Celsius (36 – 85⁰ Fahrenheit).
