Directions for use:
Blade must have the correct arbour to fit the machine spindle. Ensure flanges are clean and of equal size. Turn by hand to check the blade turns true.
Always use safety goggles, ear muffs and protective clothing
Always make sure the machine is fitted with safety guards
Ensure blade is fitted correctly by checking that the arrow on the blade spins in the same direction as the machine rotation.
Pre-sharpen blade with shallow cuts in soft, abrasive material (eg. sandstone)
For normal cutting, multiple shallow cuts are better than single deep cuts. Do not force the blade. Do not side grind
Use light pressure. Forcing or twisting blade in cutting can cause loss of sharpness, excess wear, overheating, distortion and segment damage.
