ASPHALT
Abrasive resistant bond for extended life on soft/abrasive materials.

COMBINATION
Used on concrete and asphalt. Viewed as general purpose.

CONCRETE
Semi-Pro bond for use on hard to medium, non-abrasive materials.

PRO SERIES
High speed cutting on hard/ very hard, non abrasive material.
Performance Rating:
● Suitable – The blade life or cutting speed could vary. ●● Recommended – Ideally suitable for this application.
Directions for use: | |
● | Blade must have the correct arbour to fit the machine spindle. Ensure flanges are clean and of equal size. Turn by hand to check the blade turns true. |
● | Always use safety goggles, ear muffs and protective clothing |
● | Always make sure the machine is fitted with safety guards |
● | Ensure blade is fitted correctly by checking that the arrow on the blade spins in the same direction as the machine rotation. |
● | Pre-sharpen blade with shallow cuts in soft, abrasive material (eg. sandstone) |
● | For normal cutting, multiple shallow cuts are better than single deep cuts. Do not force the blade. Do not side grind |
● | Use light pressure. Forcing or twisting blade in cutting can cause loss of sharpness, excess wear, overheating, distortion and segment damage. |
