Wall Saws

Wall Saws Range

Our wall saws are some of the most powerful and versatile on the market. They can achieve a cut depth of 910mm, making them ideal for cutting through concrete, brick, and other hard materials.

Our wall saws are high-frequency saws, offering significant advantages including increased portability, lower maintenance, faster cutting speeds and lower operating costs.

To use a wall saw, you will need to set up a track prior to the cut. The track will guide the saw along the desired cutting path. Once the track is set up, you can operate the saw remotely. We stock WEKA and Pentruder wall saws. Both brands are known for their quality and durability.

If you are looking for a powerful and versatile wall saw, then we encourage you to contact us. We would be happy to answer any questions you have and help you find the right saw for your needs.

Wall Saw Cutting Technique

When cutting with a wall saw. it is important to understand the concept of step cutting. Step cutting is a technique used to cut through thick materials, such as concrete, brick, and stone. It involves making a series of shallow cuts, one after the other until the desired depth is reached. This technique reduces the load on the saw, increasing cut speed and improving blade performance. Different size blades are used for each pass to bring down operating costs and make the process more manageable.

To step cut using a wall saw, you will need to:

  1. Set up the wall saw on a stable surface.
  2. Attach a diamond blade to the saw.
  3. Mark the desired cutting path on the material.
  4. Adjust the depth of the saw blade to the desired depth.
  5. Start the saw and make a shallow cut along the marked cutting path.
  6. Repeat steps 5 and 6 until the desired depth is reached.
